Together, they create a life long dream--their own food company of Artisan, health-minded Indian cooking sauces called Curry-Delights.

About 20 years ago I set off to graduate school. At that time Indian food did not enjoy the popularity it does now, and I found myself in a remote area with no Indian Restaurants. For years my Mom had tried to teach me to cook, but I had always found reasons not to. Then I wish I had.

I tried every jarred sauce available at the local grocery store, but none of them could match mom’s cooking. In my final year of school mom and dad figured out how to bottle the base (masala) of many of the dishes mom made and I would take them to school with me. From there was born the idea of Curry Delights, using Dad’s food science background and mom’s culinary skill.
